WOW, Owen, I'm just now beginning to watch and your introduction has been phenomenal! You're a born natural for pursuing documentaries on a large scale! The architecture of this place is magnificent! Victorian and Victorian Gothic are my favorite architectural achievements. A time when people truly cared a great deal about architecture, sculpting, wood, rock, windows, thick walls, ornate crown moldings, baseboards, flooring, ceilings, lighting, fixtures, aesthetic beauty in craftsmanship! There may be people capable of ;doing restorations on such buildings, but they are very far and few between. Places like the one you're in now are certainly worth restoring and maintaining, due entirely to the level of expertise that went into creating such a masterpiece, to the last detail. I'd love to call dibs on the Princess Room please. I'm wondering if the "sulfuric" smell that you're detecting may be coming from a natural mineral spring somewhere on or near the property. If so, those are amazing! In fact, at 23:49, it looks like that may be a tap/faucet going into the ground that may have been used to access the mineral spring. I genuinely appreciate all of the research that you put into the making of this documented piece of history. Thank You!

Thankyou for this lovely comment, really glad you enjoyed the video and the house! I hadn’t made that connection about the smell possibly being from a mineral spring, you might be correct👌

Nice work! The biggest horror was the pink carpet in a bathroom! Who puts carpet in a bathroom, those monsters! 😉 One suggestion (as an armchair explorer), is see if you can find someone to go with you? My worry is that you could fall through an water-damaged hole in the floor or stairs that isn't easily visible and there's also the danger of getting attacked by a squatter. Otherwise, have fun and great storytelling.

24:14 Hey, have you considered that the electrical noise was not a noise of electricity, but rather a low vibrational frequency? Haunted places have this. You will notice almost a buzzing in your head and its hard to describe, but one other sign is that your electronics will drain quicker than normal or you will feel weaker or more tired and mentally exhausted.

@@owenmcnutt ha ha! I had a wee suspicion that I know the pathway to this. I’ll not say anything here in case I give anything away! A friend of mine a couple of years ago started really getting into watching videos like this, but we went one evening and found an old schoolhouse, we got in easy enough and another house out the back roads to castlederg (if I remember right!) direction, both easily enough accessed, we were very respectful and didn’t move anything and just found some old books etc that should all be still there. We didn’t video anything, just done it on a whim kinda thing! It was so exciting. Like stepping through a time warp. I can get you the exact locations if you ever wanna go cover them! (One thing I’ll say is we didn’t chance the stairs in the old house cos they looked too dodgy! Lol)

It must have been a very fine house once. The house does have a bad vibe. The last owners seem to have been pretentious. I get vibes from you that you are not totally surprised by the supernatural and you feel or understand more than you are willing to tell. OK laugh at me but I feel Faeries are involved with you somehow. I enjoyed the video and will back for more 💖

What a beautiful house. Too bad no one has taken the mega task of re-doing it. Refurbish it & rent it out to Paranormal investigation. It definitely is haunted. There has been enough death associated with the place. Something dark could be wondering the grounds. That one room where you mentioned how the dog acted weird, may have a portal. I'd hazzard a guess that is one active place when the sun goes down.

This was an excellent explore. Your camera work in showing the detail of the craftsmanship of the era of the house and pointing out features was great. Yes there is an issue with your mic holder, it is that type of mic, I have heard it on others that I watch, so I'm sure you will be ale to get it sorted or secure it better with tape. Thought you did a good job of trying to keep it still and blocking out that distraction. I really enjoyed how you were able to have so much history on the place right down to the story told of the maintenance worker and that hammer. Very creepy indeed and would warrant a paranormal investigation for sure, though given the history I would go with some light workers who can protect you from any dark entities that have been manifested then they can release any lost souls that have been sucked in via the portal and close it off and cross over anything there. It did sound as though your little dog, who Is gorgeous by the way, experienced a partial possession the time you found her in the corner of a place she had a protective reaction not to go into, very off indeed that was. Thanks for this explore, new sub here. number 800

Places can be haunted too,as we know the presence of Jins or Jinnys,as described in our holy book Quraan ,in a full chapter, called Suraah-e-Jin.So these Jins can be found everywhere, including in our houses, the bad ones live in the toilets,or bathrooms with fitted toilet commodes ,and there are good ones too.Plus these ghosts can acquire any shape of any species of living beings in this world. They can harm people too ,and most of them loves to live in the abandoned places, jungles,in the cemeteries etc etc.The devil or Satan or Shaitaan was also one of the Jins, and was the guard of the door of heaven once, before the formation of these Universes, in which we are living ,during our worldly lives.Prayers from Paakistaan. 😊.
