Great video and sad to see a good building just to set there for over two years. As others have mentioned at 2:17 there's a table with blue prints. Could be made into a casual dining place like Applebees or a Longhorn Steakhouse. Maybe even a Panera. Something for the office workers and people staying at the hotel across the road. Again you know how to tell a story WallieB and love you interject your own life and personal experiences. Keep those awesome videos coming.

That Nate Guy On KZbin - Remember there used to be a Max & Erma's front of the Belden Village Mall? It was converted last year into the Burntwood Tavern. Before Max & Erma's, it was something called Mountain Jacks.

I just checked on Wikipedia - there are only 51 Max & Erma's restaurants left. Their headquarters are in Columbus, Ohio. They filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2009.

You should do a revisit of this because it’s reabandoned wallie it became a bakery place that opened in 2021 and it recently closed not even 2 years and it’s abandoned again especially since this was one of you’re very first videos.

Used to have a Max & Erma's by me. It didn't last too long. After they closed, it turned into a Tilted Kilt and then after TK left, they knocked down the building and built a mini strip mall with Panera and Mattress Firm.

That opened around 2001 or 2002 and was foreclosed on in 2016. The current owners bought it about a year ago and was supposed to open a bakery but it doesn't look like they made much progress besides the plans that were set up on the table in there,

I have a Max & Ermas In Vandalia, Ohio.IHOP was re opening next to it, but they decided to buy out Max & Ermas property.Nobody knows why.

We have a Max and Erma’s in a plaza called Pullman.....it has been the only restaurant that has stayed around since its conception; the other restaurants have changed. It is a good restaurant and they have a burger challenge; you get your name on the wall and a shirt if you finish the challenge. They also have cookies and a sundae bar. I have never seen a stand alone Max and Erma’s before your video.

Didn't miss much not getting a chance to eat there Wallie.Had one in Solon,Ohio closed suddenly too,may have been the same owner.Mid priced,average chain restaurants that are in great locations amidst large business parks the built in executive lunch crowd is what kept that chain going longer than it should have exactly like Solon's.Hope a Menches bros.moves in there,would do well there and is better.👍There's one not far from Nates North off I-77 in Green @ thriving business park area too.🍴🍸🍸🍸Good Mad Men lunch spots.

Louis Aloi There was a Max & Erma's in Fairlawn, near Summit Mall, and it shut down around the same time as this one and the one in Solon. It's become another restaurant, but I don't know its name.

Kevin Baker: I now live in Sheffield Lake but when I lived in Sagamore Hills the Egg Castle was my favorite near the Summit mall.I hope it's still there was a very popular breakfast & lunch spot for area businessmen to meet.🍴🍸

It’s a restraunt that lost a lot of locations they have food like burgers, meatloaf, etc. it has a icecream bar also it’s the opposite of a ruby tuesday but better then ruby Tuesdays.
