This place Is most definitely being looked after by someone it's too clean, the grass is being well kept, the electricity is still on so someone somewhere is going to be paying for it, great explore.

Is this place for sale or the owner has relocated but undecided?? Does not seem like this property should be deemed abandoned it’s too new and functioning for someone to not be looking after it, surprised there were no alarms but good video !!!

What a find , fantastic beautiful building and grounds , must have been a lovely relaxing place to stay and everything is of very high standard and quality . I also loved the grand piano . Am very surprised that nothing has been removed .

Great Video! I've just subscribed! Please be careful when going through a doorway that it doesn't slam shut and trap you inside. Personally, I would put a roll of duct tape in my backpack to tape over the lock mechanism. 👍😷👍

Super CLEAN...and TV working. Love the lighting! Beautiful hotel....the UK has a LOT of Abandoned places. Stunning piano!!!!!! NO DUST! Someone keeps this place up!!!! Silverware is CLEAN. Rooms clean. Kitchen is dust free.... JUST AMAZING!!!BEAUTIFUL........

I could not believe the amazing outdoor architecture so stunning. This would make an amazing spa/health resort. It looks like this place was for the elites! After this vid they will have to board it up & put alarm system with cameras. This place is absolutely unbelievable. I sure hope someone rescues it & does something amazing with it.

Welsh, if you have friends probably you and your friends have money probably buy that property from the owners. If you or your friends have hotel experience but when you plan to do that have to do some lite repaired and probably have to upgrade the room keys pads. Plus if you have a friend who is executive chef he could hire the banquet and kitchen crew yup one of those big rooms you could turned them into a banquet hall.

I had a difficult time hearing the commentator as he was speaking w/o putting speaker phone next to my ear. I wish he'd speak a little louder. This building is pristine and magnificent and in all honesty IF abandoned it hasnot been abandoned for very long. And hopefully it willnot ever get to the deterioration state. It's way to perfect to just rot away. It has no dust, no webs nothing that are the norm for abandoned places. Was this a hotel at one time? Or living quarters for family/families members? Why was there still electricity and all lights were turned on? Huge electric bill. Beautiful woodwork. Awesome place enjoyed video my only hope is you could speak louder so you can be heard on mobile phone. Thank you and thanks for sharing. I did subscribe to you channel. There was a bit of dust, also black mould starting to grow on some doors and in the gents bathroom. There was also water damage to some ceilings which I didn't show.

Yes, it is only obvious you would be able to see much of what us viewers wouldn't be able to see from just the video itself. Understandable! Do you have any idea how long the place has been abandoned and why it was left? I also noticed that you are probably one of very few urban explorers without wearing a backpack. I've often wondered what the need of everyone in groups exploring having the need to all be wearing backpacks? I understand the one carrying the camera equipment. But in all transparency i honestly donot see the need for everyone to be having backpacks. Unless? Hopefully not, because the property they choose to explore doesnot in anyway belong to the explorer's!!!!

To answer your other question about the backpack; I am wearing a backpack, I use it to carry my camera and equipment, spare batteries, first aid kit and water.

Well finders beepers beat you to it they were there a month ago it is a hotel it went bankrupt too little large scale embezzlement at any rate it's a nice place so far no one's tore up yet that's two videos now on the internet it won't be long they'll be security there or maybe not

Adam Mark Explores and I were the first to do it and our videos came out before Finders Beepers. I know the history of the place and avoided mentioning it in the video so the place couldn't be identified. Security actually lives in a house in the grounds and they check on the place daily and they've recently sealed the place up tight. Also, offers are now coming in for the building.
