Abandoned mountain lodge with venue

This beautiful mountain lodge has been abandoned since around 2016. From what I can tell the top floor was used as a venue area. We couldn't get access to the rooms below, but this was by far one of the most sketchy wood structures I've ever treaded on. Hope you all enjoy!

Was this building uninsulated? What was the heat source? Why was there a big parking lot below? Was the parking lot for the lodge?

@meganking4399 This building was insulated, heated with electric and the parking lot below belongs to a gas station. The lodge parking was in the back where we were walking.

Another question...the flooring and decing looked ok to me on the recording, but you seemed worried to step on it. Was it very mushy to step on? Is there a way to find the owners and ask to clean out/ salvage the loose items inside? You could perhaps sell the abandoned items with permission.

@meganking4399 there were soft spots in the floors and the decking was rotting, that's why I was apprehensive. I wouldnt know how t9 find the owner. I can't find any information on this place .
