The thing is, if I am not mistaken, is that a black bear will stalk you more so than a grizzly. The earthquake thing made me think that if the power station was abandoned and yet was built along the coast, I would think that it had already "survived" some small tremors. If there were no obvious cracking in the concrete that would indicate structural compromise, then it should be good to go.

Have to say this was a wild ride. Steve, in the company of trusty Crazy Neighbour, going where few would tread. From the start, it had a natural rhythm going. Mix in some quirk, discovery and spontaneity. Add alcohol and you get some truly cinematic moments at the old abandoned power plant.

Hi Steve, I just want to tell you I’m so glad you’re still making videos. I know you’re going through a lot and I hope your days are getting better. Your videos help me get through some shitty days and I appreciate what you do! Thank you ❤

It's great that even though you're going through probably the most difficult part of your life at the moment, you've churned out one of the most lighthearted and less technical-sided videos I've seen yet. It obvious since one of your last videos at home that Crazy Neighbor has been a comforting soul with you and you guys seem in this to just be having fun in this video. It's awesome and love it. Thanks for everything you do, Steve.

Great to see you exploring the old power plant. A friend of mine retired from there about sixty years ago after spending most of his working career as an engineer at that location. And the dry land sort across from the beach campsite was my grandfather's gold claim in the 30s. Your journeys always spark some memories. Keep up the good work.

I'm so happy to see you're doing ok Steve. I spent 19 years in US Army Special Forces, and I lost a bunch of humans that ment the world to me. I have no idea what it means to lose someone you love on that level, so I won't pretend to (my profession hasn't been conducive to intimate relationships) but I do identify with what you've gone through in my own small way. Stay strong,, Love you Brother !

My favourite parts of this video were when you and Crazy Neighbour were running up the half pipe (I actually laughed out loud) and the unexpected jam session 😄. Also, the part when Crazy Neighbour says, "Let's just leave it right here for other people to look at." ☺This was so fun & entertaining to watch and probably one of my favourite videos! Wishing Crazy Neighbour a quick and full recovery from the half pipe shenanigans. Safe travels!
