"I'm going to watch these videos when I'm too old to camp myself" Honestly, how rare is it to find someone who genuinely enjoys creating their content, that doesn't advertise, that doesn't use clickbait titles. It's also possible that the person caring for the property was evicted/fired and destroyed the trailer in retaliation. A lot of those holes in the hallway/doors look like they may have been done by a sledge hammer.

For everyone watching: When cooking small bits of steak like that, you need to drain the water that the meat puts out when it's at it's max level, and save it for later. This prevents the meat from boiling/steaming which will ruin its texture. Let the meat sear a little on both sides. Stir the juices back in and use them to "deglaze" the pot or pan, and reclaim that flavor. Searing the meat and stopping it from steaming will more than double your flavor. I guarantee it.
