This is what I've been looking for! I tried a scanner with NO luck. Lots of Rangers in Cape Town, but nobody seems to know much about them. Agents are not helpful unless you are paying. No freebies here. Your tutorial is really helpful. Thanks.

Can you do a video showing how to change the tyre size diameter in forscan for 285 70 R17 or 285 65 R18 so the speedo and odometer read like factory reading the 4% under.

Hey cobba I know your car might not have it but have you got any mates with PX2 Rangers in manual with the stupid auto-stop/start feature where you gotta press the button to turn it off every time you start? Do you know anything about turning the feature off in Forscan and how exactly to do it? I don't have the little dongle yet but I will be buying one. I came across something on a forum but they just said they 'heard' it was possible and didn't elaborate, people have made eliminator harnesses for USA models 2019+ but don't think anyone has them for 2015-2016+ PX2 Aus models.

Hi there can you please assist My 3.2 ranger drives well on crusing But as soon as u pull a small trailer or go up hill and gives some gas it looses power and start chacking. No fault codes or light on display

Do you know how to disable the smart charge with the alternator on 2012 PX Ranger using forscan. For instance which module allows this function?

im preety sure on the PX 1 you have to change the configuration on the "As Built data" which gets a bit complex, There is no setting in Forscan i could find to enable or disable it directly.

Love your videos mate I've got the 2015 with 105 km on her, love it to bits, just ordered the interface, any chance you can do a video on the other features of forscan? Also have a query regarding the EGR Cooler, I have blanked off cold side and bypassed cooler, should I blank off the hot side? I'm really not keen to tackle that side looks nightmarish, but I did read a forum story that a bloke had blanked off both but the hot side plate split then the cooler cracked and he had an exhaust whistle, would this be caused by no coolant in cooler and just got too hot? He mentioned they had been in 6 years!

yeh the hot side is harder to do, i run a hot side blank, have done 150k no issues

yes you can replace CAS with gearbox in place , it's relatively easy to get too
