Was very close to buying an Abarth but ended up with a Civic , yes bit of a left field switch but I just couldn’t accept it as my daily car even though I knew it would be great fun but it was just to small. I can drive the same thing now but much slower in the form of my wife’s 500. Don’t worry about the door handles to much , after you have owned it a while they will fall off anyway !

I rented an abarth for a weekend. Cracking little car, BUT had issues for ride comfort. Way too stiff for normal road use. I agree that it is a hot hatch , and quite like the Renault 5 GT turbo of yesteryear.
