ABB ACH580 VFD Video alarm AFEE Start Interlock 1

You are starting up your first ever ABB ACH580. You just need this VFD to run that motor. But it won’t, you are getting a “Start interlock 1” warning. What do you do?
Hint… the answer to the above is different for a first-time start-up situation, than it would be for a drive that had been running fine for days/months/years before this warning appeared.
