I got a CJO but I unfortunately had to turn it down. It’s not the right time right now due to I just found a job late last year. I am going to apply again when application open again.

Teaching is a skill and many of these so called "Instructors" don't know the first thing about teaching. Doing the job and knowing how to teach it are 2 different things completely.

Abbie compass did the drug screen and background check before they offered a training date. Those two items had to be passed before they gave a training date and they overnight mailed a package for training.

They were strict regarding dress code and bringing required items.

Do I need certification training before applying to an airline?

Hello, how are you? I'm Uruguayan and I'm applying to airlines in the United States. Several ask me for a work permit or visa. In that case, which one would it be? Are there airlines that sponsor you? Because in Uruguay to apply for it you have to already have a fixed place to work

No airline sponsors people, you need to either have a green card already or have a work permit that allows you to reenter the country.
