Abby Faith Cheeseman, a senior at Webb School of Bell Buckle in Tennessee, placed 19th in the girls 5-kilometer final in 18:25.5 at the Foot Locker Cross Country Championships at Balboa Park's Morley Field in San Diego, Calif. Cheeseman is one of 27 female athletes to qualify for the national final all four years, including the second girls competitor from Tennessee, along with Kathy Kroeger of Independence High in 2005-08. Cheeseman earned All-America honors during her sophomore and junior years in San Diego.
