What is ASMR?
“Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”
The relaxing static-like ‘brain tingles’ experienced by some people at the back of the head or down the spine in response to specific visual or audio triggers. ASMR content is commonly used to help with stress relief, relaxation, anxiety, and sleep.

Any type of examination done with a pen light or measuring tape is my favorite! I know that is super specific but the second a pen light or tape measure is involved my ASMR is triggered!
