A diamond drag bit with your ShopBot CNC machine allows you to etch intricate designs into glass, stone, plastic, aluminum, and other materials. We’re using the drag bit to etch a code-generated graphic into glass. And then.. light it up!

Bit: Diamond Drag (90 degree - ⅛” - 0.002” Line)
Depth / Pressure: 0.05 inches
Pass Depth: 0.125 inches
Spindle Speed: Off
Feed Rate: 40 inches/min
Plunge Rate: 15 inches/min
