Like I've said all along; corruption always has started from way up... It's so disgusting to see.. and the worst is, that they have been given that power to practically do what they want, with whoever they want. All they get is, a slap on the wrist with another good job position opportunity..wtf!! And who is behind all this? Other power people that are the same or more dishonorable than the last ones. Again, I'm going to say that not all of them are corrupted and dishonest...but, there's only a very small group of them that are still honest.. still they have to stay mouth shut. All I see n know is that, One, two or even a few people only, can't and don't have the power to change these horrible n dishonorable situations n issues happening. It requires a lot of people uniting to be able to make a difference, if it's not too late! The big problem is that people are more apart n separated from each other now more than we've ever been before. Only tragedy n a big one, I've seen bring some people together. Other than that, nothing. Smfh! 💯🙏😢

The ONLY one I have a hard time with is the guy and his family being stalked. Being stalked is scary. Especially when it involves your family. He probably could’ve gone about it differently but people who fear for their families safety can act out irrationally.

ITA. I'm kind of on the fence because the "victim" was driving by the judge's home. I'm not really mad at the Judge, but I can agree it could have been handled better. I agree that he should have been allowed to leave office and not have that issue on his permanent record. IMO.

@@wtt5394 right! I feel like anyone could react out of character in a situation like this. I was stalked during my divorce. I was constantly afraid. I had freaked out many times. Can’t say I threatened him. But I definitely didn’t act like myself. You’re afraid, In a constant state of panic, you don’t know what’s going to happen, and always looking over your shoulder. This man just didn’t like the judgment he was given and decided to stalk the man and his family. That’s completely unhinged imo. I’m actually surprised they used this story in the video.

Lying about text conversations. Mitchell should be fired. Otis should be disbarred for conduct unbecoming of a judge/lawyer. Great job Dave asking and standing tall on this.

Emphasizing big cases is a mistake. Every case - even the smallest case - is important to the litigants and the attorneys and the public. Someone is winning and someone is losing something. It is well-known to many and should be obvios to all that we don’t get fair and impartial judges. This is one case of one judge in one state among perhaps 10,000 in America. Trust me, you haven’t even touched the surface. And you’re right that there is way too much secrecy. If these people - judges are people after all - were as good as they are made out to be, we wouldn’t be having this conversation. Most are not. And there is a huge coverup kept from the public

🇺🇸👀📺 ~ I feel like the number 1 Best Way to solve this issue with the public having a view into what judges are supposed to vote for is PRACTICAL transparency, not just technical. Basically that means live streaming the court system. Allow constituents to log on and watch the courtroom videos. But there are definitely big drawbacks as well. I’ve watched multiple hundred hours of live streaming over the times the court rooms were shut down and stuff was live streamed to KZbin. Unfortunately so many people only watch these channels as a source of entertainment and not as a source to watch the government and stay informed. Some ways to solve this issue would be to only allow local citizens to watch the courtroom and not anybody across the country and world. But when things are live streamed they should be kept up for a minimum of 24 hours, because most people work during the day so live streaming doesn’t make the court room practically opened. But I actually think they should keep the videos up for one week that way it gives people evenings and at least one weekend to check up on the court system. Because even though the court rooms are technically open, how often are things rescheduled. So if you do take off work to watch a certain trial or hearing it is so often changed it’s crazy. Or you have to take off a day for less than an hour worth of activity. And another problem we have our channels that capture the courtroom video and put it up on their own KZbin channel to make fun of it. And it’s not great having peoples divorce trials or other situations up on the Internet for everybody to watch for entertainment and even laugh at. But if you limited to only constituents and make it illegal to upload, that would solve that problem for the most bar. And it’s hard to say that you should not live stream just because it would embarrass people in moments that are typically private. Because the court rooms are supposed to be open. So often, especially in Family Court, the judge makes all the decisions. There is no jury. So if you don’t know how a judge acts then how do you know what to vote for? How do you know if their judicial philosophy is appropriate. But if I was a judge, I’ll honestly tell you that I would not want my hearings live streamed. Why don’t want a whole bunch of people who are ignorant to the judicial process criticizing me about something they know nothing of. That’s like barging in to an ongoing surgery and tell the doctor they’re doing everything wrong. So I completely sympathize with judges on this matter. But so many people believe the system is out right flawed, or the system completely broken. And some people believe it’s corrupt. And of course sometimes it is. So having the public be able to see the judicial system at work will actually help. It’ll help people trust judges knowing that they’re going out of their way to be transparent. And also people will be able to see the good bad and ugly for themselves, right now the public only hears about the bad judges and when the system fails. If we show everything then people will realize that the system both works and fails. Like any system. So if you want to help the judicial system and you wanna help the country slow down on some of these conspiracy theories where they believe in the system is completely shattered, transparency is the way that I feel would actually have a big net positive for the country.
