Chase ends in wrong-way crash on 405 Freeway

A chase suspect was taken into custody Friday morning after driving into oncoming traffic and crashing into several cars on the 405 Freeway in the Brentwood area.

They had her when she was on the shoulder facing the wrong way before she took off into that traffic. 2 cars pulled right up to the van. There were others not far away yet they still didn't block her in 🙄 This shite is on them too. Did you see that unit get out of the way before she plowed into those cars? Citizens don't get paid to put their lives on the line however they know when they sign up for this job that's part of it. Don't get me wrong. I don't want to see anyone get hurt but if that's a given in your profession then you need to be the one. Not innocent people who had no chance to go anywhere due to a traffic break, smh...

I am so mad. That cop stopped traffic on the freeway and then jumped their vehicle out of the way allowing the suspect to crash into citizens. They left the citizens as sitting ducks. They had probable cause to stop after she hit two cops, instead they let it go on and on so citizens could be injured.
