This guy is living my dream. It's great to see him grow hydroponics in a greenhouse using natural light. I've seen some of these hydroponic farms set up in warehouses and then they have to use a lot of electricity for lighting. This guy is doing it the right way.

As an Asian we use a lot of Basil for our dish. I love Basil to the point I had to grow some lol. Now my little garden I have Sweet, Red and purple Basil. I have it all year round. I hope Damian's kids will take over the family when he retire and continue their father's legacy.

If growing kakadu plums near Adelaide would be inappropriate, wouldn't growing all Aussie natives hydroponically also be inappropriate? If aussies don't jump on these opportunities, other people will, and I'm sure we'd all rather see aussie industries and innovation grow.
