She was overworked from Baby One More Time til In The Zone era. For everyone, she is just a money making machine. I watched something from In the zone, she was complaining about her legs, she said she needed to rest or leg massage, she was in pain, but all they said to her was that she have to finish the show. You cannot feel any concern from her management. All they want is for her to work all the time. People don't seem to understand that Britney is aging and she worked so hard in the past, they must understand that, they must understand her, instead of complaining all the time about how she dance these days. She did everything she could to give us what we want. She gave her best. I miss her too you know. I miss the young Britney, but I love her more these days. I know that for a fact. Because even if she can't perform like this anymore, I still support her. If that's not love, then I don't know what that is.

I'm a huge Britney fan, but even I miss the old Britney when she gave 100 percent on stage. I think if she released this song back in 2002 or 2003 the choreo would be marvelous! People can say what they want, whether she is back or not, but we Britney fans just know by seeing her on stage that sometimes she isn't the girl who enjoys dancing and being on tour anymore. Of course, now she is a mum and wants to spend more time with her kids and boyfriend.. but as I said before I miss the "WOW" -effect by watching her dancing.

Looking back, I don't think it was the time. I just think she doesn't like this song at all! She hasn't performed it in Vegas, even though it's a huge hit and if you look at her current energy (esp for performances of her new songs) it's comparable to 2003ney. Yea, she skips some of the more complex moves but her energy and fire are there. I just think this song was given to her as a bonafide hit and she had to record it but never actually liked it.

Kathy May that’s cuz the bitch needs to STOP dancing in heels and wear more comfortable clothes. She still KILLS in rehearsals, you can see videos on KZbin. But once she puts on those heels and those RESTRICTIVE outfits she can’t move as freely. It’s such a stupid choice and I think 90% of the current costumes are ugly. She was so much better in a pair of pants and a cute top with sneakers.

Yes girl, as soon as she was put into the psychiatric hold they began controlling her and forcing her on medication. This performance shows the effects of what was happing to her. It’s not a bad performance by any means. But you can tell she feels removed… I believe this would have been due to the high doses of lithium and whatever other meds the were drugging her with.

Avishek Saini your comment is a year old from now so my reply isn’t going to matter anyways, but Born This Way dominated 2011 with political, cultural, and religious implications. Gaga didn’t just create a pop album and drew the line at “creating” music like Britney did with her half-assed Femme Fatal era. Otherwise, Britney was just another artist that would come and go at the radio.

I am halfway through her memoir and just got to the part where she speaks about rebelling against the conservatorship by not flipping her hair (since they demanded she flip her hair). Her story is incredibly tragic, and terrifying. So many people in her life betrayed her, from her parents, her siblings, her childhood friends, her first love, her friends, her team, her manager, her husband, and more infuriating is her kids. I’ll keep those comments about her children private however, she did not deserve any of it. It’s amazing the one thing she has always mentioned in interviews (about wanting a family, a husband, and their kids) doesn’t seem to be near. It’s ironic she has seen extraordinary things and has wealth most human beings will never know by only in their dreams, and the one thing in life she wants most is a family. Being a life long fan of her, I hope she finds that family she has always wanted and rightfully deserves.

You CAN hear her breathing throughout the performance (slightly). It's not as noticeable because a) the music and b) when you're singing/performing, your breathing is different. You're aware of how it will sound/affect your singing so you sort of control it; when the performance is over, you let go. (Which is why you get many performers so out of breath at the end of a performance, the control exerted while performing does affect.) Anyway, those are my two cents.
