truthisreal. Yes, that Filipino man was cool. Sadly, the that black dude in Jersey just filled in the stereotype of black Americans able to father children but not be Father's to those children. That is so sad that that young man is now living with a Filipino guy and it looks like it's he that is essentially playing the fathers role. smh

guyb-car You probably didn't read my earlier post. It's down below. I'll copy and paste for your convenience so you don't have to search for it: check it out. [OMG! DO YOU KNOW HOW MAN MILITARY GUYS FATHERED CHILDREN AND JUST LEFT THEM IN THE PHILIPPINES, VIETNAM, KOREA, THAILAND, OKINAWA!?! THESE GUYS JUST WANTED SOME PUNANI AND VERY VERY FEW OF THEM HAD LOVING RELATIONSHIPS. VERY VERY VERY FEW. MOST OF THEM LIED, CHEATED TO GET GIRLS THAT WEREN'T BAR-GIRLS/PROSTITUTES. NO CONSIDERATION! THEY EVEN IMPREGNATED THE PROSTITUTES! WTF? LEAVING THEM WITHOUT THE 1 JOB THEY COULD EARN SOME MONEY FROM. THEY already don't have anything and that one thing they do have albeit prostitution, was taken away from them just because some dick for brains was horny and didn't care who he knocked up knowing that he would be leaving anyway. This is the reality of societies where foreign especially u.s. military bases were built period every country that has ever had a US military base on it every city has been plagued with the same exact horror. Even without the military bases, today the damage has been done and it goes on. Now it's not just gi's it is tourists typically Canadian, American, British, Australia, German and other European nations AKA the white man and African-Americans most typically. they are fathering children but they have no motivation to raise. They have no consideration for the mother the family with a society which they are ruining and which they have ruined the past. HEY wake up everybody wake up EVERYBODY! look at this dude's father, still not taking responsibility having him stay in Seattle with that other gentleman with a restaurant. That dude already gave him a job. He probably wants him to send money to him in Jersey. That's freaking whack that's so called father is just keeping the stereotype of the black male in America wide open and clear and vividly colorful for the world to see. Jerk!]

The worst thing is the dad acting so laid back whilst his son is overcome with emotion - this reunion clearly just doesn’t mean as much. I don’t care if he was in a different country if you know you have a child somewhere you would walk to the ends of earth for them.

@@edithlenora9022 exactly. SOME men, especially military men don't show much emotions. That doesn't me they don't have. You can tell that he is happy. He knew he had a son and yet he never did anything to see him, support him or even check on him? Wow, I am sorry but if I knew he did not make any efforts, then I would not want to see him. A child is a gift and this man does not deserve that young man. Funny how the nice man who brought them together is the one who paid for all of this and offered to have that young man to work with him so he could stay in the US. Now HE is an angel.

Miss Ruby So glad I am not the only one thinking this. I don't know what happened. I'd like to think that maybe the mom and dad had a very bad breakup and maybe she did not want him in her life or their son's life. But still, he should have tried to do something. I hear nothing about him looking for the boy and wondering how he was. That really irritates me to no end.

+Joel Holloway. 📌 Part of the strength of a great man is not that he cries tears of anguish or joy, but that he cries over something extremely important in his life. He gets it! In no way is he a "wimp" as you've mistakenly shared. It is life expressed. He's Alive, not dead in spirit. 🌾The Most High God of all of us even still loves 💓 you Joel Holloway. He just doesn't like the sin of hate in your heart. As a matter of fact, His word says He loves the sinner (all of us have fallen short of the glory of God) but, He hates the sin! It is despicable to Our Father in Heaven. 🌾Repent, Stop It, Pray to Abba Father, Seek His Face, Turn From Those Wicked Ways, He knocks at the door of your heart Joel Holloway, open that door, let Jesus, Yeshua, in and He will supp with you. He will make His abode with you, He will love you greater than anyone or anything, He will heal you everywhere you are hurting, He will be your Awesome Savior, your God, you will be His child, you will rise after this body is over, with a new glorious never hurting body, in heaven Joel Holloway! Your soul (mind, will, emotions, spirit) will be Like His. Be well Joel Holloway. Live for a risen savior Joel. Not a dead devil. 🌾You are called to be covered by the sacrificed blood of Jesus, Our Yeshua. Christ the King is waiting for you to serve in His kingdom. "God Bless You," Joel Holloway.😇

Its not always that easy, once the war is over and youre sent back home it can be almost impossible to get in touch with the family, especially in this case since the mother died and the child was placed in an orphanage, imagine trying to find a kid you know nothing about including his whereabouts without internet in a strange country with millions of people and the mother is dead, this happened everywhere in the world including my country, a lot of people here lived their whole life without knowing their german dad because we had to beat the germans out of finland during the lapland war, once diplomatic ties have been broken theres very little you can do, and you really shouldnt judge this man since you have no idea what happened
