The judge was derisive and disrespectful. I'm looking at the situation before the attack and not justifying the attack. This judge is an arrogant twit who is not fit for the job. "Judge Mary Kay: [Disrespectfully resting her chin on her hand while addressing Defendant] "Is there anything you want to say on your own behalf before I pronounce sentence? Defendant: "Based on my criminal history, I feel that I shouldn't be sent to prison for a second time." Judge Mary Kay: "Have you looked at your criminal history?" [Ridiculing the Defendant.] Attorney: [Argues for probation.] Judge Mary Kay: "I appreciate that but I think it's time that he get a taste of something else."
