This guy just needs to be locked up, the way he tried to talk all nice, reformed and "a changed man" then leaps on the judge like that cussing and screaming? This guy is a master manipulater a repeat offender of many crimes and is/will be a danger to society.

Pleads and begs that he doesn't deserve to go to jail after supposedly "turning his life around" Immediately proves to the judge he absolutely deserves and must go directly to prison 😂

You can’t possibly sentence this man to prison.He clearly felt better about himself and he couldn’t wait to return to his job as an anger management consultant.Obviously he showed great restraint in confronting the judge and should be sentenced to at least 5 years to living with his court appointed attorney.
@SpicyTexan6410 ай бұрын
It's not his attorney's fault.
@lv407710 ай бұрын
@@SpicyTexan64 I know,court appointed attorneys are just window dressing to give the impression of fairness.They’re serving their time in court appointed hell to maintain their license.Why should they be able to evaluate the danger their clients pose to society when they’ve only spent 15 minutes on the cases.?Naturally they’ve been indoctrinated to believe they owe their clients the best defense possible when their remuneration will be 20 bucks an hour if they’re fully prepared. A moron should be a able to spot a psychopath after reading his arrest record but I’ll forgo calling his attorney that since the attorney obviously was just trying to get out of there ,and away from this dangerous client ,as fast as possible.

in california the judge would be arrested for sentencing this obviously persecuted man to prison instead of agreeing to release him as prison is so cruel

One of the biggest things I see wrong with this is the sheriff's deputy standing behind the defendant and no one in front of the bench to protect the judge.

The judge was derisive and disrespectful. I'm looking at the situation before the attack and not justifying the attack. This judge is an arrogant twit who is not fit for the job. "Judge Mary Kay: [Disrespectfully resting her chin on her hand while addressing Defendant] "Is there anything you want to say on your own behalf before I pronounce sentence? Defendant: "Based on my criminal history, I feel that I shouldn't be sent to prison for a second time." Judge Mary Kay: "Have you looked at your criminal history?" [Ridiculing the Defendant.] Attorney: [Argues for probation.] Judge Mary Kay: "I appreciate that but I think it's time that he get a taste of something else." ["A taste" again employs Ridicule and sarcastically minimizes Imprisonment.]
