Are you psychic? How do you know his legs aren’t shackled? The defendant isn’t supposed to be restrained where the jury can see it because that biases them and can lead to a winnable appeal. Even Ted Bundy is as not restrained in court. That’s why there are Marshall’s. The problem is that they didn’t do their job when the judge was attacked. I’m sure they learned their lesson. I hope.

I don't know if sentencing him to anything but probation is helpful to his life. He had his life back on track and a white judge took it away from him for no good reason except rejecting the proven restorative justice form of law... and taking the life of an innocent POC away for her own self aggrandizement. I think he should’ve been incarcerated long ago and KEPT IN JAIL. This is only called “attempted murder” because the victim is a judge. This is the result of severe abuse/neglect and drugs in the baby’s system at birth. And we give women sht for having abortions but when women are mentally ill and forced to have babies- this is the result and then we wonder why someone is so messed up in the head. All of this causes the brain to develop improperly- causing over reactions to stimulation and zero impulse control. He IS mentally ill but we don’t have much compassion when it manifests as rage. She knew very well what she was doing because she's an experienced judge, so she made damn sure to cry, put emphasis on the trauma and get an emotional reaction so she can ensure he gets the worst possible treatment of justice. This isn't a helpless victim, she's a judge who knows the system and is out for blood to make this man's sentence as lenghty as possible.

This is why you don't practice law on KZbin. There is a decent case for him to be acquitted on the primary charge. He did commit several battery on her, but that could be all he is guilty of. All of the battery could have easily been fatal, especially the first one during the jump, but he did not choose to do so. It was clear that his strength was great, but the manner of his attack was not intended to be fatal, and indeed there was just one bruise caused, potentially not from direct impact. He did sent a marshall to the hospital, which is further evidence that he was able to do the same on her, but he only did it to the marshall in a combat situation.

I just had to come find this video with these comments under them cause I was reading comments under a short about this and it was nothing but jokes and clowns justifying this demon’s actions… All I can say to that is, it’s not a race thing, it’s cultural… iykyk
