As he leaves the podium, that reporter asking him if he was "grandstanding" is every single thing that's wrong with the media these days. This happened in his hometown. Sure, his acting skills helped drive his point home, but you can also tell that every single word spoken came straight from the heart & soul. "We are not as divided as we are told we are." It's sad that actors are who people look to for answers on issues like this at all. What does he have to do with any of this? I believe it's called people being starstruck. Just like everyone else I'm sad and extremely sympathetic to what's happened and think something needs to be done about the mental health crisis and moral misdirection our nation has taken.
