If you escape prison or are wanted while on parole or for a violation and they are planning on taking you right back to prison. I live about 30 minutes outside of Charlotte and I fully knew something like this could possibly happen. Charlotte has gotten terrible over the last 10 years. The city I live in is nicknamed Shotsbury for this very reason. People are shooting and killing each other left and right. They don’t care who you are or your job title. A infant was actually shot in my city just last week. It’s getting very scary out there.

Second its standard night vision scope tactics which obviously was abandoned here. SWAT training utilizes all night vision tactics for apprehension. Perpetrators are generally asleep and statistically is the best time to SWAT a suspects house. This is a simple fail of not preparing for the worst.
