The orgs are usually understaffed so they don't have time to spend hours and hours on the internet, but some managers do. And the internet they use is not heavily controlled. Being on internet is not a sin. You have to use internet in order to survive today. If you ignore technology and the world, how are you supposed to progress and move forward? Scientologists use electrical devices, technology, to make dianetic and scientology counseling more effective.
