Hello everyone,
in this video I show you some exercises to tone the abdominals. They are particularly suitable for people who suffer from back pain, as all the precautions to protect the back from overload are shown.
These exercises should be performed in a maintenance phase and never in the acute pain phase.
Below is the minute duration of each exercise:
- 0:28 perineum
- 0:55 transverse A
- 1:55 transverse B
- 2:32 crunch
- 3:23 tip for all exercises
- 3:39 reverse crunch
- 4:22 rocking
- 5:10 plank
