Talks a good game but ask people in mombasa and they see zero being done. I was there last month, not 1 working traffic light, the road from nyali bridge to mtwapa is hopeless. Mombasa is hugely under developed.... street lighting, pavements, hospitals, traffic management, design and planning all very poor. If they visited coastal cities like angola, spain it would give them a template..... start with palm tree alignment along road to airport, roads to CBD, transform the city to feel coastal like miami or one of those
