I've had multiple meltdowns today and could use some advice. (I struggle with a plethora of diagnoses- the most pressing being OCD/OCPD, ADHD, MDD- Severe; Recurrent, Anxiety, etc on top of variation of forms of chronic pain throughout my body which has caused a lot of mobility issues). I was given notice TODAY that I needed to have things in order so some people from a pest control company can come by on Tues. 20th to spray all of the units of my condo complex. I've been losing my mind and having breakdowns like I mentioned bc of the timing, and my dad and his wife not understanding why this is so hard for me, and especially on such short notice. I appreciate the way you explained the comments and the super chats, the subscribing and notification bell. A lot of us didn't know much of this I'm sure (KZbin gets 30%🤬) I think KZbin and eBay are kinda getting to be too big and money hungry. Hi from Melbourne, Australia. Your struggles are so familiar to me. When I tell people that I've been diagnosed with ADHD (at the ripe young age of 58!) they all say no, that's not you at all. My house is always clean, tidy and, somewhat, organised as my brain can't rest until it is. You mentioned the war going on in your brain and I get it!
