ABERFELDY Golden Dram

A simple twist on the classic Old Fashioned, with local honey accentuating the honeyed richness of ABERFELDY 12 Year Old Whisky.
Ingredients:
2 parts ABERFELDY 12
1/2 part Local Honey Syrup
2 dashes Orange Bitters
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Orange Peel
Method: Combine ingredients in mixing glass with ice. Stir well and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
