0.25 oz Local Honey Syrup
(1 Part Local Honey: 1 Part Warm Water, Stirred Until Dissolved)
3 oz Hot Water
3 Dried Cloves, per glass
Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice, plus a Slice of Lemon and a Cinnamon Stick to garnish.
