Besiege - An unnecessarily complicated vehicle for all 15 zones

FAQ:
- It took close to 100 hour to build, film and edit.
- The car doesn't exist by it self, delete the parts you don't want.

- All of you who want me to make this thing fly und so weiter, I want to make new things instead of just rebuild some old stuff. It's boring and not much of a challenge to make the same thing over and over.
Well, technically it's two vehicles but who cares ;)
It took alot of work to build this one, i even had to do some basic trigonometry.
The small car is really fun and versatile, but the catapult reloading mechanism is too complicated to be fun to use and the catapult could have better range.
It uses 63 buttons for the controls, i belive that's all you can use in this game :P
I found a couple of small problems with it when conquering all 15 zones, so it's a slightly modified verision in the final scene.
Now it's time for new builds instead of continuing to improve this one.
I'm sorry for all the fast camera movements, heavily upspeeded clips.

Ok here we go...
All doors/hatchets has grabbers to hold them in place. When opening or closing and you hear a grabber attach, quickly release the button and press it again or it will break.
Big cube:
Steering: I,K,O,L. Tank steering.
Catapult: 1 Shoot, 2 Pull back. Stop it with 2 or it will break.
Catapult hatchet: 3 Open, 4 Close. Take it easy the last bit when opening.
Catapult crane: 5 Out/release, 6 in.
Loading arm: Z Load, X release and get new bomb C,V turn the arm in position.
Press 2 while reloading to pull the holder down. Dont drop the bomb straight over the holder, it must bounce on the edges and roll in to place or it might explode... Watch the video how i do it.
Revolver mag: Arrows to spin arms, R-Ctrl, Alt Gr to spin the mag. (Do not use Alt Gr, a bug makes it open the front door too)
The bombs releases on Num Pad 1-8.
The arms are marked: nothing on arm 1, small metal plate = arm 2, large metal plate = arm 3, round metal plate = arm 4.
The wooden panels are pointed against bombs 1,3,5 and 7.
Cannons: (M Out) (, In) (, Shoot front cannons) (. Shoot side cannons)
Side crane: Num Pad 9 Open, 0 Close, / Arm up, * Arm down, - grabber out, + Grabber in, R-Shift release.
Front door: L-Ctrl Open, Alt Close.
Drop car: 7 Drop car/arm up, 8 Arm down.
Car attachments: (P Saw blade) (- Torches) (B Bomb out) (N In/release) (9 Start cube out) (0 In release)
Car:
Steering: Y,H,U,J Tank steering.
Cannons: A,S,D.
Fire: W.
Bend: Q,E.
Crane: R Crane up, F Down, T Grabber up G Down.
Grabber release: L-Shift.
Not the most logical controls sometimes, but it wasn't easy to configure :)

2:46 probably has to be the scariest part. Think about it: After losing most of your army, you finally think you finally have this cube cornered. Then it blows up, taking out what ever is left of your men. You think to yourself "at least the horror is finally over", until you catch a glimpse on the horizon of the small viechle, movingly almost mockingly. It drives off, and some how, some way, comes back with a fully refurbished cube the next day to finish off whatever's left of your kingdom.

You have to understand how terrifying this would be as well. Imagine: You're the king of some medieval kingdom, and you've heard of countless castles and forces being blown to utter bits by a strange box that seems far further advanced than anything you could come up with. It never destroys any two castles in the exact same way, and it has a technique for anything it could come across. And now this thing is at your doorstep. You haven't even sent your knights out and you're already afraid of what the next trick it has is going to be. Is it going to use that smaller vehicle it has? The cannons? Or maybe that catapult built in that you've also heard about? Or maybe it's going to use a weapon you've never seen before... This isn't just a seige weapon. This is a weapon designed to make the most strong-willed leader sh!t their pants.

It has a garage with an armored car with 6 cannons, a flamethrower and 2 torches, a robot arm, and a saw. It also has several more robot arms, a catapult that is loaded with bombs, a self destruct system, panels that open to reveal rows of cannons, and probably a flux capacitor. rewatching this five years after it was uploaded feels surreal, especially knowing the game itself came out six months prior to the video! What's more impressive tho is that back then, we didn't have all the automation and programming options the game has to offer now. Even though there has been a step up in besiege creations since the logic updates, this godly machine is not only an engineering masterpiece but also a very, very challenging vehicle to handle, even up to this day. A beast of legend. PS: Pretty sure this particular video also contributed heavily to the creation of the "best besiege creations" genre of yt vids, the bar was set high and hard to meet with this one and started some sort of race to awesomeness and engineering feats that's still going on today.

A regular computer keyboard has 104 keys, but we probably can't use a few of them. Let's be optimistic and say 100 are usable. Then there are the F13-F24 keys, which don't exist on most keyboards but are still recognized by the system. A bit of coding in AutoHotKey and we can access them with something like Ctrl+F3, so that's 112 total. I don't think we can squeeze out any more keys, unless... does this game support gamepads?
