Looks good brother🤙🏼 Keep on teaching and slinging that Mud👍🏻 I personally paint on my bonding agent with a paint brush straight to the repair that is in contact with all repairs. Also, I would mix straight in the wheelbarrow. Much easier. Hope you guys have a prosperous summer. ✌🏻

Thanks, you too. I sometimes still do that. It also depends what glue you are using, what they are selling, what's available. Thanks for chiming in DanielParsons5519

5 scoops of cement strait into bucket, fill with sand is a good easy mix. Same for concrete mix.

Great work. 👍 what boots are those and do they hold up to wet trades?
@AbersonPlastering9 ай бұрын
Thanks Perfect-compliance. The boots are Timberland soft toe. They work great this is my 4 th pair in 2 years. I just ordered the steel toe version. Thanks for checking in. Ken

Ken, is that a Curry trowel you're using? Never mind, just saw it was a Mtown...great video!

I like the curry stainless short shank for finish plaster. It has lots of flexibility

What material stucco mesh net wire? Is it galvanized or stainless?

Galvanized

Master... no overlap? Isn’t there gonna be a straight like crack where the new meets the old stucco & with the texture on top of the old one, is it gonna look bulky ?
@AbersonPlastering9 ай бұрын
That’s a great question. Be very careful to cut off all the fat before you apply your finish. Look at it from the side if you can to be sure.
@AbersonPlastering9 ай бұрын
There won’t be a crack because the wire is tied really well to the old and new. The patch is feathered in well
