For what it's worth, I also enjoyed you singing the different theme songs out loud. It was a hoot. Hope you record some more books soon.

Thanks, I enjoyed that. I saw this movie when it first came out when I was 8 years old. I loved it. It's cheesy, but that was the 80's for ya. And yes, Jim Carroll's band was in the movie. I think Tuff Turf is a 80s version of Rebel without a cause.

And...if you could do the Lethal Weapon novelization. It’s pretty awesome.

I dig what you guys do. I love audiobooks almost more than physical books, ha. My one complaint about your reading, particularly Carolyn Michaels’, while she generally does a good job, like when she says “Tuff Turf” in sort of a satirical way, it bumps me right out of the story. In fact, it makes me not want to listen at all, like it’s stupid, we all know it, and I’m stupid for listening. I know that isn’t your intention, which is why I thought I’d mention it. Because I notice the problem on other books. It’s like it’s embarrassing for Carolyn to read it and wants us to know she knows it’s dumb. Again, I dig the channel. Good job.

Thanks for listening! Imagine that you are sitting on a seen-better-days couch on a friend's front porch. It's a hot summer night, and everyone is drinking beer and listening to their good friend Carolyn Michaels read aloud the Tuff Turf novelization she just rediscovered while digging around in a box of her old high school stuff. This is the atmosphere we aim to create with these audiobooks. Relax, crack open a cold one if you are so inclined, get silly, and enjoy!

I like her narration a lot myself. She has a fun, engaging, and pretty voice.
