you will get to see stuff like this and shouldn't get discouraged.It seems you choose a low level organisation , even if you are a newbie always go for big companies where they have standard like Cisco ,Juniper ,Arista ,Amazon ,google or at least a standard service based organisation .Choosing substandard organisation was the problem . some toxic HRs try to demotivate you for reducing the package. There is no heavy competition , just we lack quality engineers and tons of openings are there.

Simulators like gns3 and Cisco packet tracers are different from real devices. I got rejected multiple times too! Now I know why I was rejected 😃. Real devices gets with more licensing part on each protocol say BGP for an instance. It's good that you stayed positive that's all everyone need at that time!! Keep it up

I gave off campus interview in Cisco Bangalore in 2019, 8 hrs 3 rounds of interview, after manager round, they said hr will contact you for the documentation interview was positive. but no one contacted me.

It's really bad as our Indian market is stagnant and so choosey about Job and moreover within low packages they need multiple skills with 7years of hands-on experience but the candidate should be master of all. I tried many interviews as I have done CCIE and after struggling 1years and investing money for various certifications and courses got nothing. In fact, one company was offering 5 k for ccie related job. Really it's a drawback of the Indian market.

In last one month. I gave 4 interviews. In two interviews, it's like they are not interested and take only 15 to 20 minutes. But two others good organization interviewer asks very good and conceptual question, and one product based organisation asked almost 12-14 scenario based questions. They are really interested to find your capabilities. Currently I got offer letter with 90% hike. And waiting for other organisation offer letter. After your video.I really think that two companies what they are looking for???

Mein network engineer ka course IT institute se karta hun tu mujhe internship de rahe hain lekin bro IT institute Cisco verified h Or certificate khud banaa kar deta hai aur institute keh raha hai ki job lagva kar denge. aapko sikhaya jaega ki aap ka interview kaise dena kaise vahan per aap ko English mein baat karni hai. Bhii kya mujhe yah course karna chahie mere se fish 57k le rhaa h aur ek year ka course h. Bhai is filled mujhe naukari mil sakti hai FIR nahin 🥺🥺

Same thing happened to me in Tata communications. I was selected out 5 candidate. Same day I stay with team members. But next day i met a villain (project head) he said only one word you don't have experience. Or reject kar diya.😭
