To be honest I was scared of her appearance,but after this and some research i'm actually shocked at how down-to-earth and Islamic she is.This woman is incredibly nice.Also,she has helped my disabled mother on an aeroplane.My father was holding me in one hand(as I was a few months old at the time)xand giving my mother a hand with his other free hand.She actually stepped in despite the fact that all the passengers had left and her secretary told her to stay away.My father said she came and not only helped my mother stand,but also encouraged her.I owe her one personally.
