I'd say he's better than Cable if your Collection is lvl 14 or less (Less than 30 Pierce). If he can Psylocke had collection, they could score 16M+ with Mighty; Gameplay can be improved, I'm still trainig with him (For obvious reasons lol); I used Bobsarge' video as base, so if this video help you, thank him.

Is his buff from the t4 working at all? I tested him in wbl there is no change in damage only the damage from the striker

He's proc friendly, but... He isn't that good in WBL and ABL is Rage or nothing, so you have 2 reasons to not equip an Energy on him lol

É meta, só não muda muita coisa se comparado com os outros 2 (Cable e Psylocke). Se acostuma com isso, agora os metas vão aumentar 500/600k, só usar o Mercenário como exemplo.
