9:21 if you keep holding command + e, you can then press the up or down arrow to change how many notes it gets chopped into - you can also do shift + up or down and it scales more quickly

If the bass sound isn’t saturated enough at the end, try slightly increasing the sustain. This will ensure consistent volume, allowing the saturator to work effectively at the tail end of the sound. In other words, the amplitude envelope controls the amount of saturation over time.
