What do I do if I have dropped my keys to the padlock and I've got it here in my hand and I want another can you do it how do I do it when I bought the bad luck it didn't come with a card and if it did I didn't see it and I don't know where the box are if its even left???

Go to a local locksmith with the padlock to ask questions instead of posting on an 20+ year old ad video. You're probably going to have to buy a new padlock as you need a decoder for the specific lock model and the tools for cutting new keys to make a key based on the lock alone.

even he has problems with these, and the proteck and proteck 2 he rates the highest (really check his videos out, think he has a box of nasty locks that have defeated him and abloy is in there)

I have picked many Abloys now, both Classic and High Profile. I have an old video showing this but the tools has undergone many revisions since then.

this vid looks like it was made in the 60's, not saying it was, just look that way to me.

I suppose you are not very old, as to me this looks to be filmed at the end of 80's or start of 90's. Then looking at the specifics it says that Abloy High Profile keys have a patent still. They were patented/introduced in 1977, so 1997 would be the last year possible. The patent actually expired in 1996. On the video near the end there is an image of Abloy Exec and its patent ran out in 2013, so the patenting year would be 1993. Thus I would say that the video was filmed between 1993 and 1997.

The Exec key profile cutting machine for the factory was made in 1994, so my original estimate of 1993-1997 seems to fit.
