Abo or Aboriginal Flintknapping tools are the tools that can be harvested and collected from the Natural Environment. These tools and variations of them have been used for over 2.5 million years. Basic in function, but vital for proper flitnknapping methods and techniques.
Thanks a million for watching, liking and sharing my videos. I appreciate the support you all have given this channel! Your time, interests and feedback are important to me. I really want to say thanks to each and every person who likes, subscribes and shares my videos. Much respect!

Hey donny thanks for your tips dude they recently helped me to survive the mountain range of Poland and Slovakia. I used your tips to craft a rock axe and Flintknapp a saw to cut down wood. Thank you dude so much, any more tips on what can be used to create ropes or show more snare traps etc? Maybe how to identify foods? Keep the videos coming bro, LOVE THEM! watched you for 3 years now 👍💯

I've definitely wanted to take a look in your tool bag for a while. Let us not forget bipolar, indirect percussion, reverse indirect percussion, compression jigs, and chest crutches. Those are are all traditional as well. Most of my pomo ( California) artifacts are blade core pieces from either crutches or jigs. Always very intriguing videos sir!

In Australia, Abo is used as a racial slur used against Australian aboriginals. Its basically on par with the "n" word used in America against black people. Just a heads up, because someone might just see the title and report the video.

To be honest, I can see that they have most likely seen my comment and ignored it. This has resulted in me unsubscribing after loving this channel for ages and disliking the video, which I think I have done less than half a dozen times in the years I have had youtube. It would take 2 seconds to change the title to "Indigenous Australian".

''Aboriginal'' simply means the original inhabitants of a land. ''Abo'' is merely a contraction. Some prefer the term ''Indigenous''. You have aboringinal inhabitants from Finland etc, (Sámi), South America (Too numerous to mention), Japan (Ainu) etc, that are usually in a smaller percentage of the current population due to an influx of migration and settling, if not outright invasion. Yes, it has had some bad connotations here in Australia, but other than tribes, there was no suitable word that they used.
@william207able
@william207able Жыл бұрын
@@LostCylon I'm Australian i obviously know what Aboriginal means. I also understand that its not a slur to use " Abo" in other countries. But seeing as KZbin is a global platform, it's not far-fetched to see how some might not take it well.
@LostCylon
@LostCylon Жыл бұрын
@@william207able A lot don't though, and don't get that some words have specific areas where they have been used as slurs, even against women (The ''C'' word), people of specific races or religions or sexual orientation. Being gay isn't shameful in some countries, in others it can get you a death sentence. Some of the best people in the world have been ''Aboriginal'', and still are. Yesterdays Google here in Australia was an Aboriginal female Doctor. I'm just saying that a lot of people don't have the bias against certain words, because that's all they are to them, used without bias.
