But the basic thing-it can be done only by legal process and till it is not done- the normal law of creating exemption by statute or constitutional amendments and capacity to gain profit vs actual profit -the first one have edge as it says not just office but office of profit instead so capacity interpretation would had been better applicable in case of office only instead the word office qualified by profit and law when codified does not waste any words and each word carry meaning

It seems, parliament/ state legislatures should follow the procedural aspects to the best possible, like the court... otherwise such handmade arrangements would start showing its ugly/ unruly face frequently. An amendment, to the increase of PS, can be moved for facilitating any such desire.. But the self-serving defence, ex-post facto taken Viz. no perks paid, only certain reimbursement.etc. can only help opening up situation for shouting at low voice seeking validity against a void ab initio act....
