Talking of Gina Miller case of 2017 UK, where House of Lords invoked 1610 Case of Procalamations has no relevance HERE. As India does not visibly conduct referendums. That are considered above even Judicial Review, in UK. After a REFRENDUM even the Parliament had to behave like a rubber stamp in favor of what the public had mandated/decreed.

Expulsion of all Muslims of South Asian origin ( i.e., Afghan, Baloch, Arab, Iranian would not be affected) from India is needed. They got Pakistan in 1947. Muslims of Kashmir should go to the Pakistani part as Pakistan got about half of the original J&K, where many Non-Muslims used to live, but they were all killed or forcibly converted. Ambedkar suggested the Exchange of Population in 1946. Time is still there. There are about 150 million Muslims in India, and there are about 20 million non-Muslims in Bangladesh and Pakistan. They can be exchanged over a period of 30 years. British should have done that in 1946 before creating Pakistan.

Constitution is merely a jugllary of word . What I feel a book can't regulate a huge population but it is the values get imbibed in the genome of an organism living in a particular habitat and environment in a long course of evolution . It can't be defined or analysed by Rubbish and Faizan or many more . In the given circumstances that group of public who has faith on values evolved over the given habitat will participate in a democratic means to formulate a government to conduct the affairs of the state .
