Glad to see you guys made it to Georgetown. That area is a special place for me... as I was travelling on business and took a detour to go over Guanella Pass from Grant to Georgetown. Wound up meeting an old lady on that road that lived up there in a prospector's cabin at about 11,000 ft., alone, with a pet wolf that someone dumped off in the wilderness. I had gone back to visit her a few times... good memories.

This is where Baby Shakespeare was filmed for the Train stock footage before the music video starts when Mark Burr was over there around September 1999 when Julie Clark and the others were in production for Baby Shakespeare.

What an amazing part of the world. Thanks for the trip, as an Aussie all I know about Colorado is it has a great hill climb race, Mork and Mindy lived there and in watching too much Homicide Hunter I keep waiting for a murder scene.

Some very beautiful country there and congrats on going over the loop bridge with no issues. I know how you feel about heights. I have the same issue. Seems like the older I get the worse it gets. Thanks for sharing your adventures.

Great video Abbey and Adam, it is such a shame that what you see in person isn't conveyed in the same glory to the screen we watch it on. I live in Western Australia with basically hills and not mountains when I went to Vancouver back in 1996 I was blown away at the Immensely beautiful scenery that was there compared to our scenery, beautiful in its different style, what you are showing us just doesn't transcribe to video that feeling you get in real life. As they say "travel broadens t One's horizon" so true! Enjoy creating these memories both of you you will think fondly of them many times in the years to come. Tony from Western Australia.

Been through the Appalachian Gap tunnel which replaced US 25E over the mountain near Middlesboro, Ky. (been on the old route over the mountain before the tunnel, sucks to be you if you get behind tractor-trailers struggling to the top), and the Chesapeake Bay tunnel in Virginia, which if you think about it is kind of creepy with all that water above you. Dang does that Pizza look good, if I was perpetually 25 years old I believe I could survive on Pizza and Cheeseburgers.

Next time you take a video trip, be sure the windows in your vehicle are clean. You and your wife talking is just the way my husband and I talk when we’re going on a trip or drive. Great tour guide and videoing. Thanks.

Greetings from Independence. Can I comment on an old video? My wife and I really enjoy the Adventures. We watched the Kansas City Union Station today. If ever you return check out the polished stone on the front facade. This is the location of the Kansas City Massacre where Pretty Boy Floyd and others tried to free an escaped con who was being returned to Leavenworth Prison. They used Thompson machine guns and there are still pock marks in the stone where the 45 ACP bullets struck the stone. We appreciate your efforts.

I remember learning about that from Ghost Adventures. They have one episode where they investigated Union Station.

Another great video, and I love real crispy pizza... don't know how anyone eats a soft and soggy pizza. Whenever I get a soft/soggy pizza it has a texture looking like it's ready for the garbage can.

Been catching up on some of your adventure journeys, and it brought back some great memories of our trip out west a couple of years back. We also did that railway trip in fall. It was awesome. We were fortunate in getting a retirees life pass for ten bucks for the NP. Same issue with the parks in Utah as you. You must be there early. I don't like the people, spoils it a lot for me. I don't like all the noise either. Why can't folks talk softly? Check out Badlands NP if you have a chance. It is amazing too.

Those small brewery beers are excellent. In europe they have many in every town! Finally, America has some decent beer! Gota brew your own! Save $. ...Yeah, you gots those "crab-boil" pots and propane cookers...PRODUCTION! "A-bom" brew? .."get bombed!" Cleaning the bottles is the only tedious part.
