Massive respect for Arsene Wenger for not abandoning anybody when it was tough. The man exemplifies what it means to be a coach. Sadly many took advantage of his large heartedness and abandoned the squad when he needed them. But c’est la vie.

I think these guys of early Emirates era don’t get enough credit. Always in the top 4 and even made the latter stages of the CL a few times. Now time has passed I can appreciate they were nowhere near as bad as I felt they were at the time. Especially when you compare to the mixed bag of a team we have now.

Smoe ellot he’s a very good premier league player. He needs a run of games. Literally signing new playmakers into the EPL is a huge risk with adjusting, we need to hope miki stays fully fit next season and I’m convinced he’ll be on another level.

Great manager! At some point he became too emotionally attached and tooooo kind to his players, Wenger. That was his downfall because the football system changed. It became more like ‘get a player out if he’s not playing good or has injury problems’. He just couldn’t do that to his players.

I feel that abou for the steel in that midfield would have help us alot compared to what we have right now, xhaka is good but I'm just thinking 💭 how awesome would it have been if abou never suffered this amount of injuries, we need that big player again in our midfield, someone 💪 and tough doesn't have to be dirty but strong someone who can keep xhakaand torriera on there feet.
