About fast exits

Some story from a few years back, when I was league racing with Race 07: The other guy: "You are always so slow turning into the corner. Wanna break test me?" My answer: "When I want to brake test you, I would do it on the straight. Now to cornering: Realised how fast I am at the corner exit and on the following straight? Think about it." Slow in, fast out. It is key!

This is great advice. Time and time again I enter the corner far too fast and completely ruin the transition. I need to focus on maximising corner exit by not ruining the corner entry.

Theory is well known, problem is to manage to adopt it correctly. Nice video, but due to the sun it’s not visible the breaking point reference in both cases.

Lol ich hasse diese Schikane, 90% treff ich die nicht richtig, verpass den Bremspunkt, spring wie ein Mustang über die Körbs oder fahr links raus durch den Kies...

ja, die ist tricky - vor allem da die Brücke jetzt weg ist. Brücken sind so ziemlich die einzigen "perfekten" Referenzpunkte. Dennoch - Fokus auf andere Referenzen (wie im ersten Video), dann früh auf die Bremse und langsam um den ersten Curb. Kann eigentlich nicht schief gehen; bzw. wir zwingen uns selbst immer wieder Quatsch zu machen :D
