I speak as someone who isn’t OG, and barely just got 2 exclusives as of today. I know the OG feel as if they will be betrayed if they do return and I know new players will feel Sad because they can’t play as a character that speaks to them if they were locked behind a pass. I personally would love to rock Black knight, Ice king, Omega, and Hybrid. I have friends who would love to own Peely OG, Fable and The reaper. It’s sad to see both sides argue and not be happy. This is one of the few games where anyone anywhere at any age can get on and play together and find new friends to run a few rounds together. I know the OG’s will be rewarded for their continued support and dedication to the games with either V-bucks, OG styles or even return to the chapters that made them love the game to begin with. While New players can Work together to earn the rewards that OGs had in the day and could see the beauty of the season that made the game what it is today. I hope this doesn’t cause a fight or even the death of the game because of the potential return of OG battle passes. I have this game to thank for helping me make friends and have a good time playing, even if I don’t always get the dub.

It’s also interesting to see how some people were quick to say that old battlepasses shouldn’t come back, but they are the same people who wanted a skin like Renegade that looks ugly but people care about because it’s rare. I didn’t buy a battle pass till season 9, I never learned how to build and fight properly, so my win rate is terrible, and I don’t flex any of my items since none are really “og-og” But you know what? Been playing this shit since Season 0, but as a 3rd world country scrub in highschool I didn't think it to be wise to spend any little money I had on a game I didn't know was gonna live for this long. I did buy my season 3 and onwards battlepasses because I liked them, and I had the money, but that still didn't mean I had a lot of time to play the game, which also meant I lost on completing a few of those incredibly time consuming challenges to unlock every skin styles (looking at you Omega lights). So I couldn't give any less of a fuck if they decide to bring back the old battlepass skins (specially now that collabs are stuck behind paywalls for no reason), but I really would like an option to complete old quests from battlepasses you bought back in the day, and couldn't complete because life got in the way of a fucking videogame.

I'm glad for others to get those skins and actually enjoy what brought them to play. The only argument is that the "og" had to grind xp for the passes. If they stick with bringing out the battle passes; then I can't wait to hear the "Search 7 chests at Risky Reels" complaints.

I started in Season 2, never bought most of the OG passes (though I bought 5-6 on my alt account but I lost it.) I'd love for the OG passes to come back. There's so many great skins/emotes in those that I missed out on that I'd like to have.

Great video man. Only thing Im confused on is the whole "cant sue epic games part" as in under what conditions can you sue epic games? Only reason im asking is because epic games has been sued before. Or does that mean only people who dont have an epic account can sue? Like someones parent?

I Didn’t want battle pass skins to return, But it’s 100% confirmed at this point that they’re coming back and I’ve already gotten over it But some people won’t be getting over it and they’ll be complaining about it for years and years just like Florida State fans when their team didn’t make the playoffs

End of the day we’ll have to see when season 2 rolls out. The OG pass is a good replacement so I’m curious how they’ll handle potentially bringing back a whole old BP. Personally it does not matter to me. Both sides have valid arguments. Would love to reclaim the OG Drift on my new account, still my favorite skin that I miss a lot.

As somone who played back in the day (im one of those who didnt buy the season 2 battle pass that you mentioned I do have other "og" skins tho) this gate keeping shit never made sense to me, everyone should be allowed to play whatever pixels they want. Also i cackled at the way you roasted those fools 😂 You earned a new sub and i look forward to your next vid :D
