I have some Diclonius horns I bought years ago that I keep in a replica Lillium music box that came with a shell. I also have about a 100 or so pages of concept artwork from the anime production. I don't have a camera to take a picture of them otherwise I'd share.

Ooo, I've never really entertained the idea of a live action Elfen Lied so no actors really come to mind. What's more difficult is the roll for Lucy. The casting choice for her would have to be a good fit for both Lucy & Nyu. It's two different rolls in one.

@@MusicInAnime that would I do have one question some people said that the blu ray release sounds a bit muffled did you noticed anything 🤔. If so did they fix it in the steelbook release.

I just played the scene right from the beginning of episode 4 where Lucy and Nana have an altercation on the same setup with the same amount of volume and some audio mastering has definitely been done in the Steelbook edition. I played the standard blu-ray first and, though you can still here all the dialogue just fine, some of the lines from Lucy when she's speaking lower are heard much clearer in the Steelbook disc. That's not the only thing I noticed though! What was interesting to me, in this same scene in the Steelbook version after Nana was attacked and yells, "That's not pain. I'll show you what pain is!" The audio was noticeably reduced and sounded much louder and clearer in the standard disc. What I'm thinking is, whoever did the mastering for the steelbook version raised the audio causing the yelling from Nana (in this specific scene) to peak and reduced that portion of audio so that it doesn't. This was very anecdotal and all-in-all audio adjustments have been made in the steelbook version. hopefully this was helpful.

i feel u man i want them next to my desk ☹but i am getting first elfen lied first vol 1 manga book for my birthday coming up in next 1 june ^^ because i love elfen lied i just wish if their bring it back to season 2 that would be cool

Well happy early birthday, Asuramaru! This is a series that I would love to see get the Fruba treatment. The ending for the manga is wildly different and I really want to see that adapted. As for the figures? If Goodsmile made Pop-Up Parade figures I would 100% be down for that! Hopefully we see something like that one day (:

Does anyone have any idea when Vol 4 is coming out? I checked on chapters website and it now says Oct 6th. This is the third time they've changed it. Original date was June. Then September 8th and then 22nd. Any ideas why it keeps changing?

I'm seeing on multiple listings that it's September 22nd, 2020. Including a local shop where I get my books. Let's all hope it stays the 22nd, I've been waiting a really long time lol

@@MusicInAnime I've gone onto Dark Horse comics website and it says you can pre-order. I've done that. It said release date is Sept 9th. 13 years I've been waiting to finally read Elfen Lied. I first tried Anime-North. Got the dvd there, but no Magna. I've tried Comic-Con and FanExpo. Nothing. I tried Amazon/E-Bay. Nothing. It was only last year that I found it in Chapters. I wasn't EVEN looking for it. Dumb luck helped me find Elfen Lied Volume 1.

It's one of them, yeah. I was first introduced to it by Kyle Landry's piano arrangement of the opening when I was younger and just studying music. Struggled watching it in parts on YT & it was the first manga I've read all the way through so, nostalgia definitely plays a role in it lol

Tigerlab Vinyl is the label that pressed the Elfen Lied records. Here's a link to their website. tigerlabvinyl.bigcartel.com/ The reason you only see the pink and gold variants listed on their site is cause the swirl one was exclusive to the subscription they did one year.
