Paris Phin was the best cameraman I've seen on live video and I do watch sport if you know what I mean lol. He got all the good angles, golden ratio or w/e, the taxi scene was like from movie and in Esfand's stream I was never like "dyyyyyyd point the camera that way!" He was a professional film maker, way too good for us 😭

Paris is good as a tourist, especially if you avoid public transportation like you did. The cost of housing and living is super high compared to the rest of France though, and the city is huge, making it less enjoyable as a living place imo (especially if you cannot afford living inside Paris itself). I know there have been a lot of efforts made toward cycling and lighter transportation means, making it better in that regard as well, but I left before it started. I'm still unsure if it's the nicest city for tourism in France. There are lots of monuments and beautiful architecture, but the same can be said for other cities. I prefer Lyon for living, that's for sure, much smaller, everything can be reached by biking, and I find the city prettier and the people nicer (Parisians are often very stressed out and want to go fast, which doesn't make for the best interactions)
