Good balloon instead of wasting the extra at the second bubble cut it off near it and now you have a extra half to use for another balloon animal. Advance technic pinch above the second bubble break it off and leave enough in to tie off 😊

Great tip! Sign of a true pro who quickly "breaks" a balloon instead of cutting it. And has a bag of remnant balloons for use in other sculptures. I remember often having a bag of remnant white balloons for "eyes." Thanks for the insights and best regards.

Can you make the antennas longer?

Yes. Since you don't use the entire balloon for the body, you can inflate the balloon a bit more. Just remember to start with a longer basic twist in the first step of the body balloon as this will form one side of the antenna. Good luck.

Popping can be frustrating. We have a newer video that may help: Dog Balloon - A Beginner's Guide kzbin.info/www/bejne/mYWxqaago8yKe68 Before making the balloon dog, check your fingernails for sharp edges and make sure that your balloons are fresh and in good shape. Also, to start, slightly underinflate the balloon. Hope that helps. Good luck.
