Inga: It's a very violent salad dish. Can't say any of the salads stood out. As an Asian, I've eaten a similar salad like Inga's crushed cucumber salad or even Sean's raw cabbage salad minus the ramen bits. Sean adding crushed, uncooked ramen was basically college-dorm food. Andrew boiling the zucchini instead of grilling it and then adding fishy tuna to it, was confusing. But he won, so I guess he did something right. I did like that he used fancy chef tweezers to take out the Calabrian chilis. Nice touch, Andrew! For next Strong Opinion video: 1) Cheese appetizers (hot or cold), 2) Easy homemade snacks, 3) Refreshing drinks (hot or cold, non-alcoholic or alcoholic), 4) if you wanna go fancy, maybe make a quick amuse-bouche. 5) Everyone cooks something with a secret ingredient that the crew picks out and cook something from that. And yes, limited pantry items included. Can you guys cook for a bit longer? Cooking for 7 mins is nonsensical. Yes, can be done, but to me, it looks a mess. Change the rules where people can bring one partially prepped food from home and set up the Mise en place. Everything looks crazy when you guys make your food. It's not entertaining, it just looks a mess.
