I'm an older rider coming back into it after 30 years. So happy I re-connected to Bmx again, but I'll never be doing the stuff these guys do. They're just on another level. I'm happy doing endo fakie ride outs, hopping on and off stuff, X-ups, fly outs, things like that. Learning manual and nose manuals, things like that. I'm not trying to kill myself. Lol. This is hands down the best bmx video out period. To go so deep and have everything explained in detail really does help someone else ignite the fire inside they may have been looking for. To get such a insight is amazing and I watch this almost once a week to have advice from riders I look up to. I couldn't be happier that I found this video. Thank y'all!

i wear a helmet and i am strongly for the use of helmets, but i have many friends who ride without one. there more comfortable not wearing one. non of them do it to be cool, non of them give a shit what people think of them, and im positive theses 'pros' you speak of also dont care what others think of them in that sense. they are doing what they love and if they want to do it with no helmet or pads or full face with shoulder pads and a cup that is their choice and theirs only. :)
