Everyone should welcome this very Judgement. It was being misused by many of d girls n parents too. Specially parents deliberately filing false cases against men. Cases were being registered on a simple application n men were being arrested. This was absolutely wrong practice.

In my opinion go for the enquiry and arrest the men of they are guilty But at the same time if the enquiry find the women are guilty then government should file the case of divorce with a single hearing and it should goes to three hearing only
