What book do find how to do a focus wheel?

It may be in "Ask and It Is Given" bu Jerry and Ester Hicks (and Abraham) Either way that book is AMAZING and has many processes. You can also search "focus wheel' on google and there is tons of free information. Probably KZbin as well. The main premise is that you start with general statements that feel good and get slowly get more specific only with statements that still feel good. You can just write statements to not specifically as a wheel shape (e.g., general on the outside of the wheel specific on the inside of the wheel). The premise is that you tune your vibration to be in a good feeling space, and as you get more specific with that vibration it picks up momentum. Also, why you want to make sure that you still are feeling really really good as you get more specific so the momentum is going in the direction that you desire. Hope that helps!! ❤️
